The staff here is incredibly attentive, and the views of the snowy mountains are absolutely picturesque.

Tasty and delicious breakfast with view on the alpes, thanks a lot. The rooms here are immaculate and good-sized with large balcony.

The staff was excellent. Whenever we needed something they always responded quickly and pleasantly.
The extra bed in the room was a type of pull-out couch and not comfortable. It was unfortunate since we were charged €30/night to use this extra bed. The decor was outdated too.

The rooms were practical and well decorated, the breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. Ideal location right on the river, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Garmisch-Partenkirchen centre.

I liked the attentiveness of the staff, the excellent food, and the exceptional willingness to help with any problem.
The language hurdle was sometimes frustrating, when eating or getting directions, but was eventually resolved in time.

I greatly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. Savoury and rich breakfast was available. It was tastefully decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains from my balcony.

Hot tub, Pool, and Sauna are very nice.
Quality of staff members are hit or miss. Ensure that they do not charge you extra for the "included" breakfast upon checkout. In all, you can do much better in Garmisch for less money. This hotel has been around for a long time and feels like more of a museum.

the lobby is nice, they have a garage, the breakfast was ok
the hotel might be a 5 star hotel due to spa and other 5 stars requirements but the rooms are in terrible condition. bleak old carpet, small stinky pillows, bad smell in the bathroom, small old tv, small old broken radio, motion sensor in the bathroom to switch the lights on automatically - the problem is : when you are taking the bath/shower behind the curtain the sensor thinks you are out and the ligths are off and you have to get out of the bath in the darkness. cleaning lady burst into the room at the evening without a warning. above all - the rooms are located pretty far away from the entrance. if you have bags (and even if not ) this is pretty strange. The locaiton is no walking distance from the garmisch sightseeing spots....

The room was well-appointed. the breakfast was savory. the friendly service was a plus. Having a bathtub in the bathroom was great. the location right at the mountains was beautiful. It was a short walk to the establishment, the restaurant, the lift, and the shopping district.

I was traveling alone arrived late. I was met warmly and personally assisted to my rome. As soon as I checked in I went to the dining room and was impressed that the dining staff already called me by my name. Breakfast was very good, spa was wonderful and location was excellent. Great place to stay.

It was right near the Bahnhof--easy access to the Zugspitze. The sauna/pool area was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent.
